B2B lead generation agency that feels personal

We're a lead generation agency for B2B companies that want meetings with the right decision makers. Every LinkedIn message and email is built on real signals about the recipient: AI does the research, people write and handle the replies.

Before and after: typical AI outreach vs messages that open a dialogue

LinkedIn requestLinkedIn request

A request that shows interest in her.

Karen has just become Head of Sales and gets ten generic requests a day. Ours is about her and what she's building right now, and it ends with a question rather than a pitch.

  • Shows genuine interest.
  • Opens a conversation.
  • Nothing to sell yet.
First emailFirst email

An email that asks about them, not about us.

Kestrel Tech has just raised funding. Instead of a pitch, the email congratulates them and asks a genuine question about what comes next, so it's easy to reply to.

  • Short and personal.
  • One honest question.
  • Easy to reply to.
Follow-upFollow-up

A follow-up that gives something first.

Instead of “just bumping this”, the follow-up shows we've actually looked at Ewan's business, offers him something useful and asks how things are going.

  • Gives before it asks.
  • Shows real interest.
  • Ends with a question about him.
After a postAfter a post

A message that continues her conversation.

Sara posted on LinkedIn about aligning sales and product. We respond to what she wrote, share an example and ask how her team does it, so a dialogue can start.

  • Picks up her own words.
  • Shares, doesn't sell.
  • A question that invites a reply.

Why personal outreach worksWhy personal outreach works

Fewer messages, more meetings

Personal B2B outreach means targeting the right accounts, writing messages built on real signals and meeting people who want to talk. Here's what that looks like in practice for a lead generation campaign.

How we book B2B meetings with the right decision makers

The same proven steps every time: AI does the heavy lifting, people do the thinking.

  1. 01Week 1

We agree who you should talk to, why now, and what you can offer that's hard to turn down.

  2. 02Week 1–2

  3. 03Week 2–3

    Personal sequences

AI drafts from the signals and a person writes the final message. LinkedIn and email work together, and each follow-up adds something new.

What is lead generationWhat is lead generation

What does a B2B lead generation agency do, and why do most fail?

A B2B lead generation agency finds the companies and people who could become your customers and starts a conversation with them on your behalf. In practice that means outreach on LinkedIn and email, followed up until a decision maker has agreed to a meeting.

Most outreach today is mass-produced by AI and reads exactly like it. Buyers spot it in a second and delete it. We work the other way round: the first message should show genuine interest in the recipient and open a dialogue, not sell. So we combine proven concepts with AI and a human touch. AI gathers signals from many sources, then a person decides what's worth saying and writes a message that could only have been sent to that one person.

The result is fewer messages, more replies, and meetings with people who actually want to talk. Whether you call it lead generation, outbound sales or customer acquisition, the aim is the same: qualified meetings in your calendar every month.

Hire a salesperson, a sales consultant or outsource?

A good salesperson is worth their weight in gold, but they shouldn't spend their week hunting for leads. Outsource the prospecting, or the whole top of your funnel, and let your team do what they do best: close.

FAQFAQ

Questions about lead generation agencies

Answers on personalisation, AI, UK GDPR and PECR, pricing and how we book meetings.

A B2B lead generation agency finds companies that fit your ideal customer, identifies the decision makers, and contacts them on your behalf by LinkedIn and email. It follows up, handles the replies and books meetings into your calendar. A good agency is measured on qualified meetings and pipeline, not on how many emails it sends.

A lead is a company or person who might be interested in what you sell. A booked meeting is a lead who has agreed to speak to you at a set time. We measure our work on meetings, because that's the point where a conversation can turn into revenue.

You can buy lists, but a list isn't a lead. Bought data is often out of date, sold to your competitors as well, and missing the context you need to write something relevant. We build the list for you, verify every contact and add signals, so each person has a genuine reason to hear from you.

Each message is written around something specific about the recipient: a new role, a post they wrote, a hiring push, an expansion. Not just their first name and company name dropped into a template. It's the difference between a message that gets deleted and one that gets a reply.

Not quite. Customer acquisition covers everything a company does to win new customers: finding them, starting a conversation and closing the deal. Lead generation is the first part of it, the part that fills your diary with the right meetings. Your team then turns those meetings into customers.

Inbound means buyers find you, through Google, content or ads. Outbound means you approach the companies you want as customers. Outbound gives you control over who you talk to and when, while inbound builds more slowly but compounds over time. Most B2B companies benefit from running both.

A lead that matches your ideal customer profile and has shown real interest, for example by replying, asking a question or agreeing to a meeting. Before we start, we agree with you exactly what qualified means for your business, so we're both measuring the same thing.

Customer acquisition cost (CAC) is the average cost of winning one new customer. Add up everything you spent on sales and marketing in a period, including salaries, tools, agency fees and ad spend, and divide by the number of new customers won in the same period. If you spent ÂŁ30,000 and won ten customers, your CAC is ÂŁ3,000. Then compare it with what a customer is worth over their lifetime.

A sales consultant is an external salesperson you bring in for a set period, often to book meetings or close deals. Lead generation covers the first part of that work: finding the right companies, starting conversations and booking meetings, so your own salespeople spend their time in meetings rather than prospecting. It is often a quicker way to add sales capacity than recruiting.

AI does the research: it gathers signals, summarises what each company is up to and suggests angles. A person then decides what's worth saying and writes the message. We never send AI text straight out, which is why our outreach doesn't read like everything else in your buyers' inboxes.

Contact and company data from Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Companies House, combined with signals such as job ads, funding rounds, new appointments, website technology, reviews and LinkedIn activity. Clay helps us pull it together for each account, so every message starts from something real.

Both, working together. Many buyers notice you on LinkedIn first and reply by email, or the other way round. A typical sequence combines a profile visit, a connection request, a few emails and a LinkedIn message, spread over a few weeks.

A person, never a bot. We handle the replies, answer questions about your offer and book the meeting straight into your calendar. Hot leads are passed to you immediately, together with the full conversation so far, so you know exactly what the prospect has asked and why they agreed to talk.

When it helps. A short call after an email or LinkedIn message often works well for higher deal values. We agree it with you first, screen numbers against the TPS and CTPS, and always call with a clear reason rather than reading a script down a list.

An hour or two at the start to walk us through your customers and offer, someone who can take the meetings we book, and quick feedback on the first meetings so we can sharpen the targeting. We handle everything else.

They're not lost. Anyone who says “not right now” is logged in your CRM with the reason and a follow-up date. We come back when the timing is better, usually with something new to talk about, such as a recent hire or a change in their market.

Yes, if done properly. Under PECR you can email marketing to corporate subscribers, such as limited companies and LLPs, without prior consent, but sole traders and most partnerships need to have opted in. Under UK GDPR we document a legitimate interests basis, identify ourselves clearly, keep the message relevant to the recipient's role and make opting out easy.

Not if it's set up properly. We send from separate domains that are warmed up and configured with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, keep daily volumes low and verify every address before it goes into a sequence. Sending fewer, better messages is also what keeps your deliverability high over time.

Yes. We keep activity at human levels, use tools that respect LinkedIn's limits and write every message individually rather than blasting templates. Your profile is part of your brand and your reputation with buyers, so we treat it that way and never risk it for short-term volume.

It depends on your market, volumes and how many channels we run. Most often it's a fixed monthly fee for setup and delivery, sometimes combined with a fee per booked meeting. We don't publish a price list because scope varies a lot; you'll get a fixed proposal after the first call.

The first sequences usually go out within two to three weeks, once targeting, lists and sending domains are ready. The first meetings typically follow within a month. Results then build as we learn which angles and signals work best in your market.

That depends on your market size, offer and deal value, so we won't promise a number before we've looked at it. Use the calculator above to see what a meeting is worth to you, and we'll give you a realistic estimate on the first call.

It's often the quicker and cheaper way to get meetings. You get a team, data and tools from day one, without months of recruitment. Many of our clients use us to fill the calendar so their own salespeople can focus on closing.

In practice, yes: outsourced lead generation gives you a team that finds, contacts and books meetings for you without recruiting. The difference from hiring a single sales consultant is that you get data, tools and several people's experience from day one.

B2B companies with a clear offer and a deal value that makes a meeting worth having: consultancies, SaaS and tech, industrial suppliers, logistics, finance and professional services. If your buyers are on LinkedIn and read email at work, it usually works.

Yes. We run outreach in English for the UK, as well as in Swedish and Norwegian. For each market we adapt the messages, data sources and rules, so UK campaigns follow PECR and UK GDPR and use UK sources such as Companies House.
