Step one: company persona and buyer persona
Before a single email was written, we defined two things. The company persona describes which companies are most likely to need Rincon Law right now: their size, their industry, and the situations that create a need for visas. The buyer persona describes the people inside those companies who actually make the decision, what they are responsible for and what keeps them up at night.
Together they decide everything else: who ends up on the list, which angle we use and what the first sentence of every email says.
